Welcome to Heveny (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use Heveny.

1. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Heveny.
  • By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.
  • Accounts created in violation of age requirements may be terminated without notice.

2. Accounts & Access Rules

  • One account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • You may not sell, buy, or transfer accounts.
  • You may not share accounts or devices with other users.
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, or anonymizers is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not sign up through your own referral link or manipulate referrals.
  • If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, it will be deleted and all earnings and campaign budgets forfeited.

3. Identity Verification

  • Before your first payout, we may require identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address).
  • Submitting false, stolen, altered, or third-party documents will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
  • We may suspend or delay payouts until verification is completed.

4. User Content & Responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Heveny.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it to operate the Platform.
  • You may not post content that is:
    • Fraudulent, misleading, hateful, or abusive
    • Pornographic or sexually explicit
    • Encouraging violence or discrimination
    • Infringing on intellectual property rights
    • Malware, spam, or malicious code

5. Earnings, Payments & Chargebacks

  • Earnings on Heveny are subject to performance, advertiser approval, and compliance with these Terms.
  • Chargebacks: If advertisers reject leads, clicks, or actions due to fraud, low quality, or policy violations, Heveny will deduct the equivalent amount from your wallet.
  • Users are responsible for providing valid payment details and paying applicable taxes.
  • Payouts may be withheld, delayed, or adjusted if fraud, suspicious activity, or policy breaches are detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using Heveny, you must not:

  • Create or use multiple accounts.
  • Share accounts across IP addresses or devices.
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools.
  • Manipulate offers, surveys, or tasks (e.g., clearing cookies, resetting IP, faking data).
  • Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or browser extensions to simulate engagement.
  • Provide false or incomplete profile information.
  • Submit fake or incentivized leads.
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Facilitate or encourage violations of these Terms.

Violations may result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and banning from future participation.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms,
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or
  • Harm the integrity of Heveny.

Termination may include forfeiture of earnings and deletion of your account.

8. Disclaimers

  • Heveny is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings, or advertiser approval.
  • User content does not represent Heveny’s views.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Heveny will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid to you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Heveny after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
